Return Policy

You can return Naileaf products within 7 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included, and you must provide the purchase receipt. To initiate a return, contact our customer service naileaf@ecolodao.com. Once approved, send the product back to the address provided by our customer service. We will refund you within 7 - 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. Shipping costs for returns due to non - quality issues will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are also available within 7 days of purchase. For exchanges due to product quality problems, we will cover the shipping cost. For exchanges based on personal preference, the customer may need to pay for shipping. The product should be in good condition and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Contact our customer service naileaf@ecolodao.com to start the exchange process. We will handle the exchange as quickly as possible after receiving the returned product.
